After experiencing substantial growth, the city of Birmingham Council and administration sought to upgrade and expand their office space. Our task was to double the number of work stations for the council assistant while creating an efficient layout to optimize the use of space. T•R•I provided an open office design that allowed adequate functional office space for all administrative staff. T•R•I designed functional workstations as well as provided furniture selection, finishes and color palette. This project created a unified working environment throughout the various areas. The versatility of the furniture and the cheerful color palette provide a comfortable working environment in which the council members and staff can conduct their daily business.
